I’ve never been one for faddy diets or meal replacements; whenever I’ve lost weight, it’s been as part of a decent plan of action.
I’m now (in February 2016) at the start of my third proper attempt at Slimming World. I attend a group, always stay for the session and love finding new ways of experimenting with recipes. My partner’s a member of Slimming World too, and we’re very much in it together.
I started using this blog to save recipes and notes in the summer of 2012, during a halfhearted attempt at following Slimming World at home.
I have a long, long way to go. Achieving an appropriate goal is a long way off, and I prefer to just think in terms of moving each stone.
But I’m believing that this time it will work.
